Today we decided to go have some fun at the coast after the events of the night before. The coast is one and a half hours from our house which is too close to not take advantage! Even though is was quite rainy and windy, it was awesome to walk on the beach and to see the cute town that we were in. There were so many quaint little shops. We went into one that had I think 90 different flavors of salt water taffy, so as you can imagine we stocked up on those. After the beach we headed about a half hour down the coast to Tillamook. They have this awesome cheese factory there that has the famous "squeeky cheese". We walked around there and got to do some cheese tasting which is always fun. We had an awesome time and hope to go back soon when the weather is a little better!

ReplyDeletedid you ever know bryan's friend eric battles? i dont know if you did, but his wife and him just moved to where you guys are! i just put it together because there current blog post is about the tillamook cheese factory and the famous beach with the rocks from the goonies too. haha
