Salt Lake Trip and a Baby Shower!

Our trip to Utah was amazing!! We made the long drive for a baby shower that my family threw for me. We got such cute and awesome stuff, our little guy is already so spoiled! While we were there we enjoyed Cafe Rio and In n' Out (of course), time with both of our families, swimming, and golfing. We did not want to come home! But, Portland has welcomed us with good weather and we are just getting settled in our new place. I would not recommend moving while you are pregnant, and we are SO grateful for all the help that we received from our friends. They are truly the best! Our new place is cozy so far, and much bigger. We love it so far!

Our little guy is growing fast and I cannot believe we only have 9 weeks until his due date! It has gone by so fast and we are so excited and anxious to meet our sweet little man. He is very active and likes to kick right into my ribs and bladder, which is not so fun, especially as he is getting bigger ha ha. His room is coming along great! We have had a lot of fun getting things put together and organized for his arrival. We still have a little ways to go, but will post pictures soon!

Matt has his 6 week summer break starting in a less than a month! I would say he cannot wait to have a little free time but he has to study and take his boards, then my due date will be soon approaching! It will be a super busy but fun break I think. I am still working and will try to work for as long as I can. Each day is getting a little harder though as I am getting bigger and a little more uncomfortable. We will see how long I last!
