We got to go to St. George for one week, as both a summer getaway and for Matt to help his dad go hunting for an Elk. We had a fun few days with just the girls (matt's sisters and mom) while the boys were gone. We enjoyed a play at Tuacahn, Massages, Shopping, fun morning in Mesquite playing Bingo, the famous St. George Rodeo, numerous trips to Cafe Rio (had to take advantage while we could), Pizza Factory, and Paula's. Cosmo loved hanging out with his cousins Boo Radley and Henry. He slept the whole way home on the plane and didn't make a peep, we had never seen him so tired. The week flew by, we had been looking forward to that trip all summer break and it ended so soon.
Now we are back in good old Portland. School just started up for Matt on Monday, and he is trying to get back in the groove of things. This second year of Dental School is already proving to be a hard one. I am still working as a medical assistant/ aesthetician at the Dermatologist office and I learn more and more everyday. My job is awesome. But, it is looking like long and tiring days for both of us. Until Thanksgiving, we will be hanging here and working hard.
